The Human League - Don't You Want Me (Ultimix)

This is track 7 on Nonstop 80s Mix #3-4.

Nonstop 80s Mix #3-4

Some of you have noticed that my 80s mixes on this blog started with #5. Well, here is 80s Mix #3-4, which I did back around 2002 or so. It runs over an hour long. One of my better efforts compared to the other awkward mixes I made back in the day.

A couple notes. First, this mix uses three synthpop tracks (from New Order, Information Society and Sandra), although these tracks are still technically 80s tracks since they were released in the 80s. Second, this mix used "Groove Is In The Heart", which was actually released in 1990...whoops.

Anyway, it starts at 100 bpm, works its way up to 118 bpm, then cools back down to 107 bpm.

Playlist:
1. Starship - Sara (Extended Version)
2. Murray Head - One Night In Bangkok (Hot Tracks Mix)
3.Herbie Hancock - Rock It (Ultimix)
4. Shannon - Let The Music Play (12" Version)
5. The Pointer Sisters - Automatic (Remix)
6. Harold Faltermeyer - Axel F
7. The Human League - Don't You Want Me (Ultimix)
8. New Order - Bizarre Love Triangle
9. Information Society - Walking Away (Space Age Mix)
10. Sandra - Everlasting Love (Razormaid Mix)
11. Kylie Minogue - I Should Be So Lucky (Extended Mix)
12. Deee-Lite - Groove Is In The Heart (Wicked Mix)
13. Pretty Poison - Catch Me [I'm Falling] (12" Mix)
14. The Cover Girls - Because Of You (Paulie's Extended Remix)
15. Madonna - Spotlight (Extended Remix)
16. Laura Branigan - Self Control
17. Baltimora - Tarzan Boy (Extended Version)

This is track 6 on Nonstop 80s Mix #19.

Nonstop 80s Mix #19

Here's a new 80s DJ mix. It's 31-minutes long. Some of the tracks in this mix could have been in an Nonstop Energy mix since they are part of the "high-energy" genre back in the 80s that was distinct from the mainstream Top 40 pop tunes, but they are still technically 80s tracks so in they go...

This is a continuation of Nonstop 80s Mix #18.

1. Pretty Poison - Catch Me [I'm Falling] (Ultimix)
2. Sonia - You'll Never Stop Me Loving You (12" Remix)
